olli

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at WVU is seeking volunteer instructors and presenters for its fall 2024 term, which runs Sept. 16 through Nov. 23.

Designed for older adults, OLLI offers non-credit classes in the arts, history, literature, sciences, math, health and wellness, philosophy and more.

The classes are free from tests and can be delivered in person or on Zoom and may be in the form of lectures, discussions and workshops.

Courses usually include one to six sessions and are typically 90 to 105 minutes.

OLLI members are engaged, enthusiastic learners from around West Virginia and southern Pennsylvania.

OLLI is teaching for the fun of it.

Submit a course proposal by June 9.

For questions or to discuss a proposal, contact Jascenna Haislet at olli@hsc.wvu.edu or 304-293-1793.
