WVU has extended its academic deposit and housing deposit refund deadline to July 1.
Because of the late release of the 2024-25 FAFSA, students can get a full refund on their academic deposit and a partial refund on their housing deposit if they formally cancel their WVU attendance for fall term enrollment by July 1.
Students can still pay the academic deposit, and by doing so, they can:
• Apply for housing. The earlier they apply, the more options they will have.
• Receive important enrollment details sent only to students who have confirmed their admission.
• Register for New Student Orientation.
