WVU Organic Farm CSA Program selling shares

Vegetables

The WVU Organic Farm is selling shares for its Community Supported Agriculture Program, offering a great opportunity to incorporate more veggies into your diet while supporting hands-on education at the farm.

The following purchase options are available:

  • A full share costs $600 for 20 weekly boxes valued at $30 per box.
  • A partial share costs $350 for 20 weekly boxes valued at $17.50 per box.
  • A Mini share costs $250 for 20 customized weekly boxes each containing three items selected from a list of available produce.

Members will pick up one box of fresh, organic produce each week at the farm.

Share add-ons include:

  • A weekly share of non-organic beef raised at the Animal Science Research, Education and Outreach Center.
  • Non-organic eggs
  • Subsidized shares for Morgantown families in need of healthy veggies. The WVU community is encouraged to consider donating a full or partial share to a family in need.

The CSA program offers student workers and interns the opportunity to learn and research sustainable agriculture practices while they plant, cultivate and harvest vegetables.

The WVU Organic Farm is located between the Route 705 roundabout and the Suncrest Towne Centre.
