The following are ideas for celebrating Employee Appreciation Day:
Send a Go Beyond card with a special Employee Appreciation Day design.
Check out these instructions for using the Go Beyond platform.
Use Microsoft Teams to send praise with the Viva Insights app.
Consider giving meaningful handwritten thank you notes in person or by campus mail.
Ask your team members to show their Mountaineer spirit by wearing WVU gear on Employee Appreciation Day.
If members of your team work during off-hours or at multiple locations, consider planning a surprise visit to stop in and say hello.
Plan a potluck. Have each team member bring in a dish and celebrate as a group.
Show peer-to-peer recognition by sending an e-card or personal note of thanks to a colleague.
