The Office of Research Integrity invites faculty, administrators, staff, students and postdocs from all colleges and schools to attend the webinar from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, on Zoom.
This webinar will describe the following:
• Conflict of interest in research — financial and non-financial,
• The potential impact on the design, conduct, reporting and evaluation of research,
• The WVU process for reporting and managing financial conflicts of interest,
• Best practices for identifying, disclosing and managing other conflicts of interest.
Participation in this webinar counts towards the completion of Responsible Conduct in Research training requirements for National Science Foundation and USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture sponsored projects.
