The Arthritis Foundation classes will be held from 5-5:30 p.m. and the balance classes from 5:30-6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Monday (Feb. 5) at the Suncrest United Methodist Church, 479 Van Voorhis Road.
The community is welcome to attend one or both of these classes designed to empower individuals to lead a more active, pain-free lifestyle. No registration is required.
The classes are taught by certified instructors who understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with arthritis and balance deficits.
Classes will incorporate evidence-based practices to help individuals effectively manage pain and enhance overall well-being. Tailored exercises will target arthritis symptoms and fall prevention while emphasizing balance, flexibility, strength and joint mobility.
The classes also foster a supportive community where participants can exchange tips, share success stories and build lasting friendships.
Rediscover the joy of life without the burden of pain by joining a community committed to living their best lives.
