Individuals named on an active award or contract agreement with either direct or indirect federal sponsorship must maintain an updated and approved Foreign Partnerships in Research disclosure.
For currently active federally sponsored projects, complete the disclosure. This disclosure must be completed at least annually and requires your review and revision within five days of any substantive change in the relationships disclosed.
Additionally, the Conflict of Interest Office will be identifying, verifying completion status for and prompting disclosure via email from those individuals throughout the month of December.
For all new federally sponsored projects, the Office of Sponsored Programs or Conflict of Interest Office will notify individuals of their disclosure obligations when required.
