Faculty are invited to join the Office of the Provost and Brian Meredith from the Eberly College in a Digital Measures interactive work session from 2-3:30 p.m. tomorrow (Nov. 16) in the National Research Center for Coal and Energy Building, Room 125 or on Zoom.

The session is designed to help faculty members already adding documentation to Digital Measures as well as those who are just beginning the process.

Attend the meeting on Zoom.

Meeting ID: 994 5612 5397
Passcode: provost2

To maximize this experience, follow these instructions below prior to the drop-in session:

1. Watch the video “Brian Meredith: Introduction to Digital Measures.”

2. Log in to Digital Measures.

3. Review expectations for reporting — such as appointment letter, MOUs, guidelines and past reviews — and discuss any substantive issues and/or questions with your department/college administration so we can focus on reporting questions and/or issues in DM — the how and where, and not the what.

4. Start entering/documenting your activities.

5. Create a list of issues to be addressed in the work session.

6. Identify the department, college and University deadlines for submitting your report in DM.

Bring your laptop to the work session so you can follow along and so Brian can troubleshoot any issues that may be specific to you.

Additional faculty and leadership development sessions can be found on the WVU Faculty website
