Students who do not already have a fall 2023 waiver on file, and meet the waiver criteria, may opt out of the WVU-sponsored Aetna student insurance by completing the spring 2024 waiver prior to the Dec. 15 deadline.
This applies to employees and dependents of employees taking classes on campus or online, enrolled in at least six credit hours for domestic students and one credit hour for international students, even if you or your dependents have insurance through PEIA.
