Annual disclosure forms on outside consulting arrangements due by Aug. 31

In accordance with WVU Board of Governors (BOG) Governance Rule 1.4 – Ethics, Conflict of Interest and Outside Consulting, all University faculty and non-classified staff must complete an annual disclosure form detailing their outside consulting arrangements undertaken during the past fiscal year — July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. 

If you are engaged in an outside consulting arrangement as defined in BOG Governance Rule 1.4, and have not yet completed your annual disclosure form, be sure to submit your completed form by the Aug. 31 deadline. Completed forms should be submitted to your dean, vice president or their designee.
