West Virginia University Institute of Technology and Pendleton Community Bank will announce a formal partnership to support and serve past, current and future Golden Bears at 10:30 a.m. Monday (Aug. 7) at the Robert C. Byrd Learning Resource Center in Beckley.

Through this collaboration, Pendleton Community Bank will be promoted as the Communiversity partner for a variety of campus and community events including Homecoming, the recently launched Cub Club, career and professional development activities for employees and students, WVU Tech Athletics and various campus traditions events.

WVU Tech President T. Ramon Stuart, Pendleton Community Bank President and CEO William A. Loving, and other community leaders will be in attendance.

Pendleton Community Bank has been a champion of the Communiversity initiative since it was shared by President Stuart as a concept and it was the sponsor of the WVU Tech April 18 State of the University address where Communiversity was formally announced.
