As part of continuing efforts to improve customer service for faculty and staff, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the University community to the quarterly Customers’ Group Meeting at noon or 4 p.m. Wednesday (July 26) via Zoom.
Attend one of the meetings virtually.
This quarterly meeting will provide the opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives, and hear directly from current and future customers.
During the meeting, the Shared Services Center Workforce Administration team will present a variety of topics including Plan Year 2024 benefits changes and helpful reminders related to benefits. The student hiring process will also be revisited as we approach the beginning of the fall semester, and background check integration with student and other NBE new hire forms will be discussed.
Along with the established agenda for each meeting, time is always allowed for feedback on what Shared Services is doing well and opportunities for improvement.
