Stephanie McWilliams, assistant professor of psychology, along with 11 psychology and counseling students, will offer mental health services to the more than 15,000 participants at the National Scout Jamboree in Glen Jean.
Graduate students will have the opportunity to work in this unique setting and improve the camp experience by providing brief mental health interventions and risk management. Undergraduate students will assist peer counselors at the “listening ear” stations and with other services.
