Join the National Writing Project at WVU for the "Celebrating Writing in West Virginia" conference Saturday (May 20) in Colson Hall on the Downtown Campus.
Registration fees are $10 for teachers and the general public and $5 for students. Join us to celebrate West Virginia authors, share about incorporating West Virginia literature in the classroom and hear from expert educators.
We will have panels with educators and writers, concurrent sessions focused on place and identity and a launch party for the free In Their Own Country website.
