To give supervisors additional time and ensure they provide meaningful feedback as part of the 2022 performance review process, the deadline for first-level supervisors to complete their reviews has been extended to Friday (Feb. 24).
As a result of this change, the overall timeline for the 2022 performance review process has been slightly modified.
First-level supervisors will have until Friday, Feb. 24, to complete and submit electronic reviews for their direct reports in the Blue Performance Evaluation System for second-level approval.
Second-level supervisors can begin to review performance evaluations for those that are completed now and will have until Sunday, March 5, to sign or return the reviews to the first-level supervisors for modifications.
On Monday, March 6, all reviews will be locked for editing, and Employee Relations will compile analytical data for executive HR partners.
