The Center for Black Culture and Research's 2nd Annual Black Film Festival is dedicated to empowering Black talent, and showcasing film and video content by and about people of African descent.
Faculty, staff, alumni and students are encouraged to submit their film, short film, web series or documentary to eric.jordan@mail.wvu.edu for consideration.
Submissions are open to the public.
The festival will be March 31 and April 1 in the Mountainlair Ballrooms and Gluck Theatre with showtimes announced later.
