They say that leaders are born, not made. While it is true that some people are born leaders, most leaders are made by experience.
This Leadership and Organization Development training aims to give attendees a better understanding of the people skills and best practices that make a leader.
The session is scheduled for 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Once you have mastered the techniques of true leadership, you can improve your ability to influence others and lead them in a more effective way.
