The Center for Excellence in Disabilities MODIFY Program is accepting donations through the WVU Foundation to purchase holiday gifts for young people between the ages of 17-23 who are no longer in foster care.
Many of these young people have limited family support, or none at all, and often do not receive gifts for the holiday.
