Since its opening to the public, the WVU Passport Acceptance Facility has helped more than 400 people acquire passports.
The facility is open to all WVU students, faculty and staff, as well as the public for passport application services and passport photo services.
To commemorate its first year, Global Affairs welcomed students to the passport acceptance facility with a celebratory birthday cake.
“Having this facility on campus has allowed students, faculty, and staff to easily access passport services,” said Amber Brugnoli, associate vice president for global affairs.
“Our goal is to remove barriers to global education and international opportunities and our passport acceptance facility has helped us achieve this in its first year. We’re looking forward to continuing to serve the University and the public with this vital service.”
