Join the West Virginia University community in marking Diversity Week with several opportunities to learn more about the world.
The University began its week-long celebration of diverse cultures and backgrounds this weekend and has several more in-person and virtual opportunities planned for the week ahead sponsored by various academic units, departments and student organizations.
Events happening Monday include a presentation on Disability, Diversity, Ableism & Inclusion from 10 a.m. to noon in the Mountainlair, a Multicultural Mini-Festival from noon to 1 p.m. at the Health Sciences Center Pylons and a Zoom presentation titled “Everything You Want to Know about American Culture.”
Many more events are happening today (Oct. 10) and through the rest of the week.
