West Virginia University invites faculty, staff and students to attend the inaugural Week of Purpose, the Purpose Center's official kickoff to the campus community's journey with purpose. This week-long event will take place Sept. 18-24.
The Week of Purpose was designed to deliver inspiring speakers, showcase University resources, offer diverse perspectives and introduce student success tools such as CliftonStrengths from Gallup.
Beginning Sept. 18, 60+ activities will be held across campus, ending with a celebration on Sept. 24. Activities will range from training sessions, exhibits, speaker panels, physical activities and more, while covering a variety of topics.
Pre-registration is required for some activities, such as Strengths 101 Workshops, due to limited space. If an event requires pre-registration, you can find information and links to do so within each event description on cal.wvu.edu.
We encourage students and employees alike to utilize this opportunity to explore new perspectives, engage with others and for self-discovery as we begin this purposeful journey together.
