As part of our continuing efforts to enhance customer service for West Virginia University faculty and staff, WVU Shared Services will reopen its storefront location on the first floor (Room 104) of the National Research Center for Coal and Energy building, effective today (June 21).
The storefronts provide students, faculty and staff a walk-up support option for accessing human resources, financial management and sponsored-project financial management services and support. Additional storefront locations include:
· Health Sciences (Ground Floor – South)
· Mountainlair (Room G4A)
· One Waterfront Place (Third Floor)
All storefronts operate Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
In addition to the storefronts, faculty, staff and students, can continue to access live assistance through the Shared Services Center via phone or email, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
