WVU Shared Services updating hours of operation for live phone support

As part of efforts to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible, WVU Shared Services is reducing hours of operation for live phone support. Effective Monday, May 16, Customer Care agents will be available to assist faculty and staff via phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Phone support previously was offered weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, these extended hours no longer are required given the recent decline in COVID-19-related support and the low volume of support requests outside of typical working hours for most faculty and staff.

In-person support also is available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at any of the WVU Shared Services Storefronts:
