The Open Enrollment period for Plan Year 2023 will continue through Sunday, May 15. During this time, WVU benefits-eligible employees who have health insurance through PEIA or The Health Plan and/or benefits through Mountaineer Flexible Benefits are reminded to review their coverage information for their dependents.
Policyholders should note that failure to remove ineligible dependents, such as an ex-spouse or stepchildren following a divorce, may result in PEIA and/or FBMC pursuing claims and premium reimbursement and/or prosecution.
