Attend Focus Forward: West Virginia’s New Narrative to mobilize growth, help write our next chapter

Focus Foward

The WVU community is invited to join business and non-profit leaders, government officials, innovators and community members at Focus Forward: West Virginia’s New Narrative on April 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place.

Hosted by the West Virginia Public Education Collaborative and the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, this year’s fourth Focus Forward will spotlight stories of innovation in government and industry, resiliency in education, and leadership in the changing culture of work in a global economy.

Most importantly, attendees will explore how these stories may serve as catalysts to mobilize public-private partnerships, generate forward-thinking ideas, spur investment, innovate changing industries, and look ahead to determine how we want to write West Virginia's next chapter.

These dynamic, forward-thinking discussions aim to ensure West Virginia stays competitive, relevant and resilient in an evolving global economy.
