WVU Office of Accessibility Services increases social media presence

As part of its ongoing outreach efforts to increase awareness of disability as a dimension of diversity, Office of Accessibility Service is excited to announce the launch of their new Facebook and Instagram accounts.

This forms the first part of OAS's planned communications overhaul designed to provide more information in an easier-to-access format for students and other campus stakeholders.

These platforms will not only provide important updates about accessibility services on WVU's campus and information about registering for accommodations, but will also serve as a vehicle for increased disability awareness and advocacy on campus and will include interactive elements as well for followers who wish to show their support, including contests and polls.

OAS will launch its Twitter account later this year and a website redesign this summer.
