Fall 2022 incoming freshman students may now register for Virtual New Student Orientation, which includes access to 90 minutes of NSO modules and an online appointment with a professional adviser to finalize their class schedule. Virtual NSO is mandatory and is considered a student's academic onboarding.
After registering for Virtual NSO, students and their families may register for Destination WVU—an optional, in-person open house event that will take place weekdays throughout June. One- and two-day options are available.
Destination WVU will help students meet other incoming students, discover all of their resources, explore campus and prepare for life at WVU. It will serve as a final checkpoint for students before coming to campus in the fall and is highly encouraged for them to attend.

We will host Campus Wide Overviews via Zoom on March 29 from 4-4:30 p.m. and March 30 from noon-12:30 p.m. These are open to all and will be used as a time to elaborate on the details of the Orientation experience this summer.
