“Women and Leadership: Journey Toward Equity,” coauthored by WVU professor Lisa DeFrank-Cole and Sherylle Tan, Claremont McKenna College, has won a Most Promising New Textbook Award from the Textbook and Academic Authors Association. DeFrank-Cole is also the director of the Leadership Studies program within the Rockefeller School of Politics and Policy in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences.
