Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Meshea L. Poore continues her weekly series of short videos, exploring topics centered on helping members of the WVU community live, learn and work together with care and respect for each other.
This week’s video, released Feb. 22, addresses social media.
“Social media, like so many things, can be used, experienced, and enjoyed in a healthy or an unhealthy way,” Poore said. “There is potential for connection, education, and inspiration. But also potential for division, misinformation, and bullying.”
