remake learning days

The West Virginia Public Education Collaborative invites WVU colleges, departments, units, student organizations, service centers and extracurricular groups on- and off- campus to join Remake Learning Days in West Virginia from May 12-23 by hosting events on campus or in the local community. The deadline to submit events is Feb. 14.

Designed to spark curiosity and engage learners of all ages (pre-K through high school) and their families, events can center around different themes, including:

  • The Arts,
  • Engineering,
  • Technology,
  • Science,
  • Leadership,
  • Outdoor learning,
  • or any fun, creative, interactive learning activities.

Hosting virtual or hybrid events are also great options.

Serving as the regional lead for Remake Learning Days in West Virginia for the sixth consecutive year, the WVPEC aims to reach 50 events across the Mountain State this year.

As part of a learning celebration where events take place across the country, this is a great opportunity to show to a national audience the great work already happening in our communities. Join us and help showcase West Virginia as a great place to learn and play.

Mini-grant funds are also available. Learn more and apply or contact wvpec@mail.wvu.edu if you have any questions about the submission process.
