As WVU works on developing a Purpose Center, one of the goals will be to provide resources that will help people fuel their passions and define their purpose.
We are seeking input from staff members who would like to integrate more purpose into their work but are having difficulty finding the resources to do so. We are also interested in talking with individuals who struggle to define their purpose and how it integrates into their work goals and the goals of the University.
We want to understand where you are in your journey, identify the ways you’ve worked to explore your strengths and passions in your current role, and how WVU can better assist you in discovering those things and guide you to lead a fulfilling, life-long career.
