The ITS Service Desk will be open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on weekends over the winter break, starting Monday, Dec. 20. In observance of University holidays, the Service Desk will also be closed on the following dates:
• Thursday, Dec. 23
• Friday, Dec. 24
• Monday, Dec. 27
• Friday, Dec. 31

The ITS Service Desk will resume normal hours starting Saturday, Jan. 8. During operating hours, call 304-293-4444 for the fastest assistance.
