WVU’s Personal Rapid Transit system will be closed from Oct. 7-10 for the University’s fall break. The PRT will reopen on a normal schedule Monday, Oct. 11.

During this closure, Mountain Line buses will continue to run on a normal schedule on campus and throughout Morgantown. WVU students and employees can ride these buses for free with a valid WVU ID, and all passengers must wear a mask in accordance with TSA guidelines.

Riding the PRT is free for WVU students and employees. While using the PRT, be sure to follow all guidelines – including wearing a mask while at the PRT stations and when riding a vehicle – to ensure your safety.

Visit the PRT website for more information. For changes to the PRT’s hours of operation as well as PRT status updates and other information, follow @WVUPRTstatus on Twitter.
