Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Meshea L. Poore continues her weekly series of short videos, exploring topics centered on helping members of the WVU community live, learn and work together with care and respect for each other.
This week’s video, released Sept. 21, addresses accountability.
“As Mountaineers, we are accountable to each other,” Poore said. “And accountability first starts with holding ourselves accountable. Having these accountability conversations can be difficult, but we are a stronger community when we do this.”
