As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the WVU community to our monthly Customers’ Group Meeting. This monthly meeting will provide the opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers.
There is an established agenda each month; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.
The meeting on June 23 will focus on financial transactions relating to purchasing and payroll as well as a discussion about case closure and the Salesforce Community Discussion board.
Rachel Hays, director of Procure to Pay Operations, will discuss the use of confirming orders.
Stenja McVicker, director of Financial Management, will briefly overview the uses and routing of the Shared Services Center Payroll Funding Adjustment Form and discuss the submission process and flow of Element/Additional Pay Requests.
Nina DeMarco, director of Customer Care, will discuss what to expect relating to case closures in the Salesforce Community.
Rich Cortellini, director of Operational Excellence, will discuss how to get the most of using the discussion board in the Shared Services Center Salesforce Community.
To accommodate various schedules, sessions will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at noon and 4 p.m. via Zoom.
