Students now have a brand new, streamlined, more intuitive way to manage their student accounts. As of June 14, students are being directed to the new WVU MyAccount platform to view their charges, make regular online payments, download official On Demand Statements and more.
Students can access WVU MyAccount by logging into their WVU Portal and clicking the “PAY YOUR BILL HERE!” button. Students who owe a balance will now receive monthly billing notifications, formerly known as eBills, directing them to WVU MyAccount and notifying them of deadlines and payment options.
Note that if parents or guests wish to make regular online payments on a student's behalf, students must now grant them Authorized User access through the new WVU MyAccount platform, even if the parent or guest already has proxy access to the student's billing information. Online payments for the monthly payment plan will still be managed via CASHNet for the fall semester and are currently unaffected by this change.
