Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Meshea L. Poore continues her weekly series of short videos, exploring topics centered on helping members of the WVU community live, learn and work together with care and respect for each other.

“I don’t know about you, but it seems like the world is moving very quickly,” Poore said. “It’s important that we recognize that while the world may not slow down, we must. In order to do that we have to turn off the noise around us to hear our heart and see if, in fact, it’s in alignment with our mind and our thoughts.”
