Join the WVU Collegiate Recovery Program Thursday (April 15) to celebrate National Collegiate Recovery Day. This yearly event, organized by the Association of Recovery in Higher Education recognizes the contributions of programs across the country.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to a mindful walk at the WVU Core Arboretum starting at 11 a.m. Thursday. Sign up is required and can be found on the Refresh website. WVU Collegiate Recovery will also table outside the Mountainlair from 1- 3 p.m. Stop by for trivia, cookies, giveaways and more.

If you are unable to make either of the events, you can still get involved by participating in the national #WearPurple campaign on April 15 to show your support for individuals living in recovery.

WVU Collegiate Recovery provides opportunities for fun, fellowship and mutual aid for students who are in, seeking, or supporting recovery from substance use disorders, eating disorders, and any other mental health or behavioral concerns.
