The WVU Office of Technology Transfer invites you to take part in the Lunch and Learn “The Do’s and Don’ts of Outside Consulting,” given by Michael J. Spooner, associate general counsel at WVU, March 23 at noon.
The session will include an overview of the University’s outside consulting and work rules and approval process, as well as a summary of the West Virginia Ethics Act. The presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session.
