WVU Dining Services dietitian launches new blog series to promote health and wellness

To promote healthy eating habits among students, faculty and staff, WVU Dining Services’ Dietitian Sina King has launched a new blog series called the Dietitian Dish

In her first post in the series, King shares information on her background and the important role of a registered dietitian. She discusses National Nutrition Month, which aims to spread awareness on new information researchers and educators have learned to help people make informed decisions about the food they eat.

King also talks about the many misconceptions around the word “diet” and offers general tips on healthy eating.

New issues of the Dietitian Dish will be posted on the third week of every month.
