The Center for Resilient Communities, in partnership with the Food Justice Lab, is starting session 2 of the online Food and Race Reading Group.

Join us every Friday in March and April from noon to 1 p.m. for lunch and facilitated discussions of “Indigenous Food Sovereignty: Restoring Cultural Knowledge, Protecting Environments, and Regaining Health” edited by Devon A. Mihesuah and Elizabeth Hoover.

The book can be found at most major book-sellers and as an e-book at WVU Libraries. If you have questions about the reading group, contact Amanda Marple at amarple1@mail.wvu.edu. This session will run March 5 - April 30.
