Self-care during COVID-19 free webinar series

Self-care has never been more important than in these unprecedented times — not just for you, but also the people you serve. This free webinar series will take place Fridays from 12:15 to 12:50 via Zoom to help establish essential self-care practices for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

The sessions, designed to give an introduction to practices that can be implemented right away, include:

  • Managing Energy
