As a member of the National Consortium for Building Healthy Academic Communities, the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness invites faculty, staff and students to register for the wellness webinar “Your 10-Point Self-Care Action Plan for This COVID-19 Winter” Jan. 27 at 2 p.m.
The purpose of the webinar is to learn practices that can allow us to care for ourselves emotionally and physically during the pandemic. The webinar will be presented by Dr. Amit Sood, executive director of the Global Center for Resiliency and Well-Being and leading expert on chronic stress and resilience.
