Registration open for free group fitness classes

Faculty and staff are invited to join free group fitness classes via Zoom. Classes do not require pre-registration for enrollment. The 45-minute classes range from high-intensity workouts, such as Body Pump, F45 and GRIT, to low-intensity workouts, such as Yoga and Body Flow. The group fitness calendar will be updated throughout the spring semester.
