The Office of Technology Transfer will host a Lunch and Learn titled “WV Small Business Formation” on Jan. 26 at noon. Attorney John A. Williams, program coordinator for the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Law Clinic at the WVU College of Law, will provide a brief overview of the EILC and the requirements to start a business in the state, followed by a Q&A session.
