It’s the most wonderful time of year, and also the most stressful. Equip yourself this holiday season with a toolbox of mindful techniques designed to help transition more gracefully into the winter months.
Led by clinical therapist Laurel Faulkenberry and yoga/stress management specialist Nicole Gauthier-Schatz, this free three-part workshop series will teach participants a balanced mindfulness routine consisting of meditation, yoga, breathing, and mindful affirmations.
Participants can attend the workshop sessions individually or in sequence. All three workshops are free for students, faculty, and staff and will take place via Zoom at noon on the following Mondays:
