A leader in plant breeding and genetics, Hale Ann Tufan will discuss gender responsive plant breeding during a virtual seminar at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8.
Tufan is co-director of the Gender Responsive Researchers Equipped for Agricultural Transformation project and an adjunct faculty member at Cornell University.
Part of the Dr. William H. Conkle Seminar Series in the Division of Plant and Soil Sciences, the virtual seminar will be held via Zoom.
