To enhance system functionality and deploy a more modern user interface, Oracle will roll out updates to its Taleo platform Friday (Aug. 28). Taleo is the back-end platform that powers the WVU Hire job applicant processing and tracking system.
As a result of these updates, faculty and staff may experience brief intermittent downtime throughout the day on Friday when accessing WVU Hire.
Once these updates are complete, the WVU Hire system will maintain the same basic functionality. However, applicants, employees, hiring managers and recruiters will notice changes to the look and feel of the platform and an enhanced user dashboard.
