2020 Performance Review process postponed until fall

Due to the unusual circumstances related to COVID-19, Talent and Culture has decided to postpone the timeline for the annual performance review process.

We currently are planning to start this year’s process in late August. However, this timeline may be adjusted in response to the pandemic.  

Supervisors would have until early October to complete their portion of the online review before it is submitted through the second-level supervisors. We expect the actual communication of performance review results to occur with employees in November or early December. 

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a successful performance review cycle in the fall.
