The WVU Shared Services storefront locations in the National Research Center for Coal and Energy building (Room 104) and in the MountainLair (Room G4A) will be closed for the next two weeks, beginning today (Monday, March 16).
Faculty and staff who need assistance can continue to contact Shared Services through the WVU Salesforce Community, by phone 304-293-6006 or by email at sharedservices@mail.wvu.edu.
The primary Shared Services location at One Waterfront Place will be open for in-person questions today. However, we encourage the use of the Salesforce Community, email or phone during this time of social distancing to help prevent the potential spread of coronavirus COVID-19.
